At The Indimade, we take pride in delivering handcrafted products rooted in our heritage. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a smooth and transparent return and refund process.

Returns
• Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged or torn condition.
• You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
• Once your return request is approved, please allow 5–7 business days for the product(s) to reach our facility.
• We provide free reverse pick-up service (subject to availability in your PIN code). Pick-up will be attempted twice.
• If the courier partner is unable to complete the pickup, you may be required to ship the item to our address.

Return Conditions
• Returned products must be in unused and unwashed condition, with original packaging and tags intact.
• Products that are used, soiled, or not matching the damage claim will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Refunds
• Only prepaid orders are accepted. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
• For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch from our warehouse.
• Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Exchanges
• Exchange is subject to product availability.
• Once an exchanged product has been delivered, no further exchanges or refunds will be processed for that order.
